Abstract

The basic directions and concepts of development of digital technologies are distinguished. The perspectives of using digital higher education technologies in higher education institutions are outlined. We offer ready-made digital open systems in the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine, which can be used to support the virtual university's educational process.
