Abstract

The monograph reviewed the main theoretical and methodological problems of the monitoring systems constructing for assessment of the quality of general secondary education, in particular, with using means of information and communication technologies. On the specific examples the possibility the using of the variety of the monitoring systems to determine the level of the formation of the competences in the pupils of secondary school in the process of learning particular educational subjects with using test technologies, taking into account the specifics of their learning are showed. The work is directed at the improving of the quality of training of the workers of the general educational institutes and the establishments of education management in the area of the pedagogical assessment, testing and monitoring of the quality education. It can be used in the educational processes at the different qualification levels in the specialty 8.18010022 «The education measurements», in the system of professional development of the pedagogical personnel, in the process of organization of the pedagogical measurements in the general educational institutes.
