Abstract

On the basis of grouped acuality (legislative, security, globalization, scientific, educational) the directions of significant changes in the process of professional development of pedagogical workers (SCP) for a productive solution of the problem of modernization of general secondary education of the XXI century were substantiated. from the standpoint of subjectivity. The integration of philosophical and sociological, psychological and pedagogical approaches to the definition of the concept of "subjectivity" (general), "teacher's subjectivity" (concrete); due to the teacher's subjectivity the key tendencies of modernization of the national education of the XXI century are determined. in the sector of general secondary education; outlined the significant problems and challenges of the SCP, which hinder the position of subjectivity of modernization of general secondary education.
