Abstract

Presently there is reformation of secondary education system. One of actual directions it is development of distance learning normative base. The purpose of the article is an analysis of the existent normatives providing the distance education and development of recommendations in relation to forming of projects of documents of «STATUTE ABOUT THE DISTANCE LEARNING IN SECONDARY EDUCATION SYSTEM», and «TYPICAL STATUTE ABOUT DISTANCE EDUCATION RESOURCE CENTER OF SECONDARY EDUCATION SYSTEM». The review of position of development of distance learning in general educational establishments of Ukraine as well as problems and researches is given. Propoused structure and the substantive provisions of documents are discussed. The article has reference to complete text of the offered positions. Approbation of the offered documents is planned in the case of their acceptance.
