Abstract

Tools for assessment and management of human resources (HUmanCApitalTOols http://hucato.com) are discussed. It is shown that these tools can be effectively applied in developing (planning) of a training content to meet the needs of the labor market. Service can be used at individual, corporate, and national levels. A credit-micromodule form for accounting of training activities in a system of professional development is proposed.
