Abstract

The article presents and discusses the results of an empirical study of some characteristics of indicators, criteria and determinants of professional self-realization of research scientists. Identify common features of different types of professional self-realization, self-efficacy indicators, the motivational component and self-actualization qualities depending on the age (stage of professional self-realization). On the basis of generalization of the results to promote the ways of professional self-realization of research scientists.
