Abstract

Digital identifiers are the basis of best practices in digital information and data management, as they support openness, uniqueness, and are integrated into electronic systems. Therefore, it was expedient to develop a method of using open identification systems of researchers ORCID and Publons, for proper maintenance and filling of the author's profile, when evaluating the researcher's activities by other scientists, research project leaders, financial organizations, etc., which requires the author to develop information research competencies.
