Abstract

The article deals with the possibilities of remote counseling in difficult life conditions, when the need for psychological assistance (pandemic, quarantine, forced isolation, war, etc.) is growing, which can be done in a way that is safe for the health of both clients and consultant psychologists. The features of remote counseling via the Internet and the print media are discussed. The features and terms of remote counseling through text-based print media and online publications are described separately. The results of the empirical study of the choice of citizens of certain sources of information, the level of trust in this information, and the centers for obtaining advisory assistance are presented. Dialogue communication of the psychologist with the client through the text as the basis of the text counseling is perspective. Some opportunities to improve online and media advisory services are outlined.
