Abstract

The urgency of the work is due to the need to modernize education, bringing it into line with modern achievements of scientific and technological progress which is the key to the training of highly qualified, ICT-competent professionals. The project announced by the authors is aimed at developing cloud-based systems of open education, methodological, scientific and methodological, organizational support for the use of modern ICT in teaching and research, increasing the level of ICT competence of specialists, including teachers. Given the significant pedagogical potential and novelty of existing approaches to using cloud-based open science systems, their projecting and providing in educational institutions, these issues still need theoretical and experimental research, refinement of approaches, models, methods and techniques, possible ways of implementation.
