Abstract

The developments presented in the practical manual expand the idea of the preconditions, causes and consequences of social conflicts, as well as the socio-psychological resources of their communicative-technological settlement. Peculiarities of application of social-psychological communicative technologies of settlement of social conflicts in various spheres of public practice are considered: in professional and educational dimensions, online environment and family relations. A set of sequential communication operations (communicative algorithms) to ensure constructive interpersonal communication in different planes of social relations is presented. A model of analysis of social systems is proposed to predict conflict risks. Addressed to teachers of psychological disciplines of higher education institutions, scientists and students; psychologists, sociologists, social workers, as well as managers of enterprises and public organizations. It can be used in the process of training and retraining of teachers, managers, social workers.
