Abstract

This educational and methodological course highlights the content, main types of and factors in educational organization social tension, as well as organizational and psychological conditions for its prevention and overcoming. The course contains the topics, program, informational and methodological materials as well as tasks for students' homework, questions for self-control, references and a list of recommended literature. The course is intended for education managers and teaching staff, postgraduate education institutions staff, psychologists, as well as all those who are interested in the problem of preventing and overcoming social tension in educational organizations.
