Abstract

Global and national digitization of society and reformation of national education in accordance with the Concept of the New Ukrainian School and the new Law of Ukraine on education compels the educational community to take into account, first of all, the needs of the digital society, the "digital" economy, creative and innovative entrepreneurship, globalization of scientific research; the new needs of education recipients and the challenges facing Ukraine on its path to the European community. Digital technologies provide educators and leaders with new tools, tools and capabilities that make the education process mobile, individual and differentiated. But the main role remains, as always, behind the individual. That is why it is important today to train modern scholars, educators and leaders to work in new environments and to use innovative digital technologies and their wide range of capabilities. Educational and professional programs of the collection are aimed at the development and improvement of digital-digital competence, for successful self-realization in society, and to provide the educational needs of students of advanced training courses to critical and confident use of information and communication technologies at work, in public space and in private communication. And also, understanding of ethics of work with information (copyright, intellectual property, etc.). For educators who are in dire need of: expanding and deepening their own digital competence, being able to apply innovative teaching methods and various forms of integrated learning, learning to create an educational environment, being able to evaluate their own practice in the context of educational innovations, using student development monitoring modern information and communication technologies, innovative educational services and resources of the global network, ie managers, pedagogical and scientific-pedagogical works participants of educational establishments - students of advanced training courses and graduate students.
