Abstract

In the fourth section (author, junior researcher Leu S.A.) - "Innovative forms of financing the vocational training of industrial personnel in the EU countries" - the existing mechanisms and principles for industrial personnel training financing, related to social strategies, contributions of social partners, sectoral initiatives and partnerships led by enterprises, trainers' professional development etc. Highlights of modern innovative programs and activities for financing CVET for industrial personnel in Western Europe and analyzes the experience and problems of CVET financing in the new EU member countries (Bulgaria - BG, Estonia - EE, Cyprus - CY, Latvia - LV , Lithuania - LT, Malta - MT, Poland - PL, Romania - RO, Slovenia - SI, Slovakia - SK, Czech Republic - CZ, Hungary - HU).
