Abstract

The management unit has a sophisticated way of growth and development in the organigram of the Institute of Pedagogy of National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences (NAPS) of Ukraine during 90 years. Since the creation of the Ukrainian Scientific and Research Institute of Pedagogy (USRIP) in 1926, solving practical tasks of management of people’s education that was close to the needs of production and realities of life in Ukraine, has taken place in the general institute section of education system, which has been headed by Ya.P. Ryappo. From 1929, the study of pressing pedagogical and administrative problems has been carried out by scientists in the section of history of pedagogy and education system.
