Abstract

In the article theoretical and methodological approaches open up to determination of concepts of linguistic, vocal and communicative competence. Determination of communicative competence and its structure is given. Foreign approaches are analyzed in relation to determination of essence concepts, his operational structures and present differences in classifications. It is described and systematized, on the example of the USA, types of testing from linguistic, vocal and communicative competences after the years of studies. It is shown how possible introduction of competence’s approach to the study of Ukrainian at senior classes with distance support.
