Abstract

The introduction of competency approach methodological level determines the irreplaceable role of the personal factor in a teacher and students. This is because competence is an individual property, which can not "pass" - it can master only through the application of its own efforts, through reflection, reasoning, through the acquisition of independent experience. That is why the modern school is becoming increasingly important as a process of self-reflection and self-awareness of man. The meaning, especially reflective of younger pupils, basic methodological provisions for organizing the process of reflection on the lessons in primary school reveals the author.
