Abstract
The article analyzes results of the empirical research; skilled people of 10 professions participated in it. The characteristics of different indicators bonds’ of skilled people’s professional self-fulfilment with age, the rate of self-efficacy, pro-fessional motivation and self-actualization are analysed.
