Abstract
Foreign countries show the positive experience of providing the innovative technologies in the education of children with special needs. Through the use of cloud solutions, these children get access to a variety of didactic materials in accessible formats, allowing them to overcome barriers to learning, demonstrate academic achievement, be successful.
