Abstract

The book deals with the problems of forming a cloud orient learning environment in local educational institutions that is relevant in light of the recent developments of information and communication technologies. Deals with complex theoretical issues related to the definition of the conceptual apparatus, structure modeling environment, the main characteristics, and principles, requirements for its formation, integration services, and cloud orient learning environment of secondary schools, universities and graduate schools. We consider the practical application of Microsoft Office 365 services, services Google, software for educational purposes and Web 2.0 technologies (interactive posters, blogging technology, Quest Technologies, etc.) For the implementation of educational interaction between teacher and students (students). Scientific publications intended for school teachers, teachers and students, all who are interested in the implementation and use of modern information and communication technologies in the educational process.
