Abstract

Problems associated with the implementation of information technology in education considered. Based on the results of the comparative analysis of the requirements for process of teaching and opportunities that provide a means of training the new generation as the components of the learning environment, the requirements for the use of a new generation of learning tools for active learning formulated.
