Abstract

Evolution of the «Organizer of adult education» category has been analyzed and current typology of adult educators presented in the works of Polish scientists has been highlighted. The status and the range of professional duties of andragogues as well as their tasks and functions at different stages of adult education development in Poland have been defined The necessity of taking into consideration analyzed statements and offers for working out practical activities concerning training of adult education organizers in Ukraine has been substantiated.
