Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of the use of ICT in the teaching of teachers to enhance their professional skills. The results of the cooperation of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine by Microsoft. We describe the goals, objectives, technology platform, methodology and organization of a nationwide online contest "Teacher-Innovator" in 2004-2012 years: the portal "Innovative Teachers" and the national segment of the "Partners in Learning" global social network partners in the education network . The features of the sixth and seventh contests "Teacher-Innovator ', and - the ninth of the competition, which was held in 2012 on a platform of cloud.
