Abstract

The article deals with the analysis of the conditions for the creation of a learner-oriented environment meant for training and qualification development of specialists in post-graduate pedagogical education. The author examined the peculiarities of the ratio of the competence-based and student-oriented approach, and has provided the leading competence, which is identified as a «self-guidance in the face of constant change». Also the basic principles of designing a learner-oriented environment and existing forms of its realization in the system of postgraduate pedagogical education are presented.
