Abstract

The article deals with results of the empirical study the characteristics of the organizational culture of educational institutions depending on the self-efficacy managers. Found levels of self-efficacy heads of educational institutions. It notes features targeting managers on progressive or conservative type of organizational culture depending on the gender and experience of management activities of studied managers. The features of the managers’ organizational culture depending on the level of self-efficacy were detected.
