Abstract
This paper discusses the requirements for teaching electronic books for technical and vocational education to meet modern standards and existing practices. The theoretical basis of a new generation of textbooks is the doctrine of RAM and features of the central nervous system, affecting the absorption of a number of educational information. Electronic textbook facilitates understanding of educational material by methods of presentation and allow for adaptation according to the needs of a student, level of preparation, intellectual capabilities.
