Abstract

In modern conditions, the successful development of any printing enterprise involves the active introduction of innovations in production processes, automation of production and output processes, as well as effective support for the development of digital skills among employees. The development of digital competences of specialists in the printing industry in informal conditions can significantly increase labor productivity, reduce the number of errors in the execution and processing of orders, expand opportunities for the creation of new types of products, increase the level of control over production processes, reduce risks and minimize cases of low-quality products, as well as increase level of customer satisfaction.
