Abstract

The use of interactive technologies in the learning process for the formation of soft skills in students of agricultural specialties determines a significant aspect of the development of the educational process. In particular, agricultural students need not only to acquire theoretical knowledge, but also to develop key competencies that will help future specialists to successfully solve tasks in modern agriculture. The modern socio-economic situation in Ukraine and the world is constantly changing, and future specialists have to adapt to new conditions, improving not only professional skills related to knowledge of fundamental and special disciplines, the theoretical base of the specialty, mastering practical training, but also the formation of personal qualities, which allow you to effectively and harmoniously interact with other people and to compete fairly in the global labor market.
