Abstract

The article proposes an approach to studying the problem of ensuring the quality of upper secondary education in the context of assessing the effectiveness of professional (managerial) activities of the principal of an institution of general secondary education. Changes in the structure of the network of general education institutions by study profiles and regions during the period of martial situation in Ukraine are analyzed. Оwn vision of the reasons for these changes and their impact on the quality of upper secondary education are рroposed.
