Abstract

This paper describes the activities of the training center "School for improving the management skills of the head of a preschool educational institution" - one of the effective forms of organizing work with the leading pedagogical staff of preschool educational institutions regarding professional development. The manual is intended for use by employees of methodical services of district and city methodical offices (centers), teachers of OIPPO and higher educational institutions, who carry out training and retraining of managerial pedagogical staff of preschool education institutions, in working with the heads of educational institutions.
