Abstract

The article examines the social status of skilled workers in Ukraine during the military conflict. The authors analyse various aspects, such as the impact of education on the socio-economic status of the population, the impact of education on sports and physical education, the impact of education on smoking, the distribution of workers by type of employment, the correspondence of the distribution of workers by profession to the main place of work, the distribution of workers by actual hours worked per week at the main job, the distribution of workers by the duration of job search. Due to the ongoing military conflict in Ukraine, the situation with the social status of skilled workers is becoming particularly relevant and complex. The war leads to changes in the economy, social sphere and infrastructure of the country, which affects the lives of every citizen, including workers. One of the main challenges is maintaining the performance and health of skilled workers in the context of military operations. The increased risk of injuries, stress and other psychological and physical stress has had a negative impact on their professional and personal lives. It is also important to take into account the possibility of job losses and salary cuts due to the overall instability of the economic situation in the country during the war. This led to a deterioration in the financial situation of employees and their social discrimination.
