Abstract

In theses, it will be noted that educational institutions are complex, self-organized and self-regulated systems, which are characterized by a multi-level structure, the presence of autonomous and variable subsystems, massive stochastic (random) determination, the presence of hierarchical levels of management and feedback, the complication of an educational institution as an organization in the process civilizational development, irreversibility of development processes, openness, non-linearity (multivariate direction of development), dynamic instability.
