Abstract

Despite all the challenges of the present, the psychological well-being of the individual in general and the leaders of ZPTO in particular is an internal resource of self-support and a sanogenic potential that contributes to their self-realization. Therefore, it is relevant to study the psychological well-being of ZPTO managers in general and its characteristics depending on social relations, in particular, the type of attitude towards staff.
