Abstract

The presentation is devoted to the coverage of psychological issues of managing a higher education institution in wartime conditions. The following questions are highlighted: 1) the psychological aspect of the main initial provisions regarding personnel management in modern conditions; 2) the main contradictions in the practice of personnel management and their overcoming; 3) development of positive motivation for the professional activity of the personnel of educational organizations as a component of modern management; 4) peculiarities of personnel management of a higher education institution in wartime conditions.
