Abstract

The article reveals the theoretical aspects of project management as a technology for managing innovative development of an educational institution. The relevance of the innovative development of the institution is substantiated and the need to use project management technology to ensure the positive development of the institution is revealed. Definitions are given to such definitions as management, innovative educational projects and the like. It is determined that the innovative development of an educational institution is a certain process of changes occurring in an institution, characterized by the use of fundamentally new innovative technologies in both educational and managerial activities and ensure the success of its life. The essence and description of the process of managing the innovative development of an educational organization is disclosed, which is a fundamentally new form of targeted influence of the subject of management on the object in order to ensure sustainable positive changes in the organization's activities that will lead to its success and will contribute to the competitiveness of the educational organization both on the labor market and in the market of educational services.
