Abstract
It is known that the highest level of training of a specialist of any profile corresponds to the formation of his own intellectual and worldview credo, based on the binary goal-orientation of educational procedures (subject + method of teaching this subject). In the development of any model of education, the decisive factor is the fact that the methodological means of socio-cultural and state preparation of the global goal of education into factors of a moral, intellectual, spiritual-cultural, scientific-technical, economic and personnel nature (value characteristics) is a reliable prerequisite for the creation of national education standards and the development of effective technologies for managing the effectiveness and quality of education. Our scientific author's experience in managing the effective and high-quality education of young people, acquired in long-term research and analytical summaries of the work on this problem by a large number of domestic and foreign authors, are the basis of this publication. In addition, the presented explanations are related to the consequences of the implementation of collective (P. S. Atamanchuk Scientific School – Ivan Ohienko Kamianets-Podilskyi National University; Volodymyr Hnatyuk Ternopil National University) innovative theoretical and practical developments, effective methods and technologies for process management formation of the author's credo (projected professional competencies and outlook) of the future specialist. In our research proved that an effective condition for the formation of the professional qualities of a specialist in the natural and scientific profile is: the simultaneous acquisition by him of the predicted measures of awareness of specific educational disciplines (physics, technical creativity, life safety, mechanical engineering, technical mechanics, labor protection in the field, auto-tractor business, technological education, etc.) and methods of their training. In numerous scientific and pedagogical studies and works, it is evidently illustrated that total natural and scientific education focuses on the implementation of technologies of binary goal orientations as a means of forming a complete natural and scientific credo of an individual: ensuring the readiness of a teenager, young person, specialist for learning throughout life and mastering the experience of mankind regarding the creation and use of high technologies in any sphere of safe, innovative human activity It is known that the highest level of training of a specialist of any profile corresponds to the formation of his own intellectual and worldview credo, based on the binary goal-orientation of educational procedures (subject + method of teaching this subject).
