Abstract

The theses describe the priority directions for strengthening the applied orientation of school science education. Introduction to educational programs and textbooks on science subjects of material of an applied nature, practice-oriented research tasks, the systematic implementation of which contributes to the formation of comprehensive skills and attitudes in students, the development of practical skills in the application of knowledge, which ensures the competitiveness of students of general secondary education in the labor market and their integration into a single European educational space.
