Abstract

The author's theoretical model of the content of the organizational culture of the ZSO institution built on the principles of the human (child) centrism paradigm, pedagogical axiology, activity, personal, level, environmental, system scientific approaches to understanding the phenomenon of organizational culture, which we consider as a socio-cultural system that has movable boundaries and is formed from four components.
