Abstract

The research delves into the key aspects of using virtual simulators in educational programs, particularly their contribution to enhancing students' practical skills and preparation for real-world work scenarios. The author highlights the advantages of using virtual simulators, such as the opportunity for safe experimentation, simulation of complex situations, and personalized learning. The author discusses the practical challenges and opportunities of integrating virtual simulators into various fields of education, including medicine and engineering. The study analyzes the impact of virtual simulators on the development of critical thinking, communication skills, and adaptability to changes in the workplace. The author explicitly examines specific examples of successful use of virtual simulators in different educational sectors. In particular, practical cases of introducing virtual learning environments in medical universities for surgical skills training and real medical scenario simulations are illuminated. The author outlines the prospects of using virtual simulators in higher technical education, where students can gain hands-on experience working with complex technical systems and solving real engineering challenges. The role of virtual simulators in education, where they can aid in teaching management, decision-making, and leadership skills through real scenario simulations, is pointed out. The study also questions the current challenges and discusses the future possibilities of virtual simulators, such as integrating augmented reality and artificial intelligence to create more realistic and efficient educational tools. Thanks to this research, important conclusions about the effectiveness of using virtual simulators as a potent tool in preparing future professionals for modern job market challenges were drawn. Accordingly, the author broadens the understanding of the effectiveness of using virtual simulators in the educational process, providing specific examples of their successful application in various fields.
