Abstract

The concept of "wellbeing" is analyzed. The research results of the Gallup Institute are presented. Wellbeing consists of 5 elements: health, profession, finance, social relations and community involvement. Examples of complex programs of companies for the implementation of the concept of wellbeing are given.
