Abstract

The monograph reveals the theoretical foundations of the formation of social expectations of young people, analyzes the factors influencing the formation of social and value orientations, family-oriented expectations and life strategies; the author's definitions of the main concepts are provided; the results of the monitoring study of social expectations of children and schoolchildren are presented; priority areas of socio-pedagogical work in educational institutions and communities are determined based on the obtained results. Recommended for school social pedagogues and practical psychologists, social workers, scientists. It can be used in the practice of social work with children in extracurricular activities, in informal education, in the training of future specialists in social work, in work with parents.
