Abstract
Awareness of the need for continuous pedagogical development, understanding of new socio-economic challenges that are currently emerging, in 2017 the STEM education department of DNU "Institute of Modernization of the Content of Education", DZVO "University of Education Management", publishing house "Publishing house "Osvita" initiated and during these years have been successfully implementing the social all-Ukrainian innovative educational project "STEM-school" on the educational platform of the Ukrainian project "Quality of Education" on a partnership basis. Cooperation contributed to the creation of open educational resources of non-formal education, which complement the forms of formal education of adults, means of professional development, provide an opportunity to motivate pedagogical workers to actively implement educational STEM innovations.
