Abstract

The methodical foundations of the development of technical skills are a set of approaches, on which appropriate forms and methods of learning are built, the use of which contributes to increasing the level of preparation of gifted students for scientific and research activities. The development of society, as well as innovative education, largely depends on the skills and abilities of a gifted young person, and above all on the conditions and opportunities to optimally use, develop and improve them. The article considers methodical approaches to the development of technical skills as a way of preparing students for research activities in specialized educational institutions of a scientific direction. The author notes that the main idea of methodological approaches (activity, research, competence) to research activity is related to the student's ability to work with literature and other information content, the content of which reveals the essence of the processes considered in the context of the research topic. Research skills are considered as a set of intellectual and practical actions that determine the readiness of an individual to perform mental and practical actions related to the use of knowledge and experience in working with literature, with an understanding of the essence of approaches to the development of technical skills in the process of research. Among a number of research skills that scientists consider, technical skills that involve working with literature are important for us, including the study of literary sources, their processing, generalization, and the use of ideas, developments, and developments known in science in one's own research. We consider didactic approaches, including research, activity, and competence-based, which are actively used in the process of preparing students for scientific activities, to be important methodological principles for the development of technical skills in the educational process of secondary specialized educational institutions of a scientific direction. The basis of research activities is the need for new information, new knowledge, which is acquired in the process of working on literature, which positively affects the results of preparing students for research activities. As the author notes, the technical skills of working with literature, first of all, involve the performance of a set of intellectual and practical actions that testify to the student's readiness to work with information content, the content of which reveals the essence of the processes, facts, and phenomena studied in the context of the research topic. In the article, the author focuses on the fact that the components of the technical skills of working with literature are used as a tool of research activity during the implementation of educational programs of a scientific direction and the implementation of propaedeutic training of students for scientific work. In general, the peculiarities of the technical skills of working with literature are manifested in the goals, content, and forms of their application and are used or improved both in classroom and extracurricular work. The author concludes that the methodological basis for the implementation and development of technical skills in the educational process of specialized educational institutions of a scientific direction are activity, research and competence approaches, the use of which contributes to the development of technical skills necessary for the search, analysis, synthesis of literary sources, their use, which increases the readiness of students for research activities, ensures the growth of the interest of education seekers in scientific knowledge.
