Abstract

The section of the reference bulletin "Resilience or psychological stability: concept, measurement, development" in the context of solving the problem "Theoretical and methodological foundations of information and analytical support for the digital transformation of psychological science and education" is a logical continuation of the author's explorations in the vector "Psychological factors of individual and collective stability and resistance to military aggression"7 [1, 4] and is devoted to the results of the analysis of English-language sources and concerns the most important factor of stress resistance - psychological resilience. It is emphasized that the concept of resilience has a certain dynamics of development during the last decades, and, as is characteristic of any phenomenon that is just developing, among researchers there is ambiguity, chaos, weak agreement on the theoretical foundations of the concept and practical recommendations about development of stability. This analytical review proposes to introduce a certain structuring into the diversity of understandings and opinions regarding the phenomenon of psychological resilience in general and Ukrainian resilience in particular. The most common concepts of resilience (psychological stability), which are presented in English-language sources, are considered, and attention is also focused on review analytical materials of the concept of resilience by Ukrainian researchers. An attempt was made to primarily analyze the materials of the last decade - because that is how long the war in Ukraine has been going on. Since the target audience of our activity is largely educators, special attention is paid to the research of resilience related to the educational environment - the resilience of pedagogical workers, students of all levels of education. The final part of the review material is devoted to the materials available in English-language sources, what highlighting the vitality of Ukrainians. To some extent, this part is the motivation of all people of good will, in Ukraine and beyond, to believe in World Justice and the Victory of light over darkness. After all, such faith is the most important factor in the resilience and stability of Ukrainians in this difficult and terrible war.
