Abstract

The collection includes the materials of the reports of the All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Conference with international participation "Life Challenges of Modern Society: Realities and Prospects" (Kyiv, November 09-10, 2023). The following main issues were discussed at the scientific and practical conference: socio-cultural determinants of the development of personality psychology in Ukraine (XX-XXI centuries); dominant negative influences and counteraction to them in the development of personality today; priority areas of personality research in modern society; aspects of psychological assistance to the individual during the war; self-development and self-realization of the individual in the process of modern life. Recommendations for the implementation of the results of the All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Conference with international participation are to raise awareness of scientists, teachers and graduate students about the consequences and prospects of personality formation in an uncertain world and the possibilities of practical use of the achievements of general psychology, personality psychology, history of psychology, etc. in modern conditions of education and science. The collection is addressed to psychologists, researchers and practitioners, teachers of higher education institutions, educators, doctoral students, postgraduate students and students. The materials are published in the author's edition. The authors of the articles are responsible for the accuracy of the material presented. The opinions of the authors may not coincide with the position of the editorial board.
