Abstract

The report "Scientometrics and assessment of the researcher's scientific contribution" was made as part of the 1st online school "Digital technologies in scientific research" on November 8, 2023. The main aspects that were presented: why should a scientist publish in journals indexed in Scopus and Web of Science? scientific ethics; requirements for scientific articles; development of a publishing strategy - individual and corporate level.
