Abstract

The preprint "Analysis of leading domestic and foreign experience in ensuring the effectiveness of educational activities in universities in the context of European integration and in the conditions of martial law and post-war reconstruction of Ukraine" was prepared based on the results of the second stage of the scientific research on the topic "Policy and mechanisms for ensuring the effectiveness of educational activities in Ukrainian universities in in the context of European integration and in the conditions of martial law and post-war recovery of the country" by a team of scientists of the higher education quality assurance department of the Institute of Higher Education of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. At this stage of the scientific research, the team of researchers was tasked with analyzing the leading domestic and foreign experience regarding policies and mechanisms for ensuring the effectiveness of educational activities in universities in the context of European integration and in the conditions of martial law and post-war recovery of Ukraine. The work presents a generalization of international documents and best practices regarding the implementation and evaluation of educational activities in higher education institutions of Ukraine and the leading countries of Europe and the world, strategic and practical approaches to the development and implementation of policies and mechanisms for ensuring the effectiveness of educational activities in universities in the context of European integration and in conditions of martial law and post-war recovery of Ukraine. The publication will be useful for teachers, researchers, managers and students of higher education, as well as other interested persons.
