Abstract

This thesis examines the important requirements that are set for a modern teacher in the field of vocational education of agriculture and the agricultural complex (AIC). For successful training of specialists in this field, the teacher must have a number of key competencies: deep knowledge of the subject and industry, methodological competence, communication skills, readiness for adaptation and continuous learning, use of modern technologies, development of critical thinking and analytical skills, cooperation with other specialists and teachers, development of the student's personality.
