Abstract

The "Concept of the Scientific and Pedagogical Electronic Library of the V. O. Sukhomlynskyi State Scientific and Pedagogical Library of Ukraine" is presented, which is a theoretical document in which the concept of NPEB is defined and the purpose, functions, tasks are substantiated, and the conceptual apparatus is clarified.
