Abstract
The manual presents the psychological technology of value support for gifted pupils and students. Psychological-technological complexes for each age period consist of a theoretical model, detailed descriptions of diagnostic methods (including author's) and descriptions of techniques of developmental influences. To provide valuable support to schoolchildren and students in the conditions of distance learning related to the Russian-Ukrainian war, educators are offered the e-platform "TEST ONLINE Giftedness", which generates and sends individual interpretations of the results with recommendations for self-development. The practical manual is addressed to research psychologists, teachers of psychology and pedagogy in institutions of higher education, students, heads of educational institutions, psychologists in the education system, teachers, parents.
