Abstract
The collection presents abstracts of the speeches of the participants of the scientific and practical conference "Methods and means of psychological assistance to victims in overcoming PTSD". The authors outline a number of heuristic approaches to providing psychological support to individuals in general, individuals in difficult life circumstances. The theory and practice of providing psychological help for PTSD to various layers of the civilian population, psychological and socio-psychological help to military personnel and their family members are considered. Scientists shared the experience of providing psychological assistance to children of Ukraine. The collection brings together the scientific theses of reports by both well-known researchers and young ones who are just starting their scientific journey.
